CFE Newsletter

Christian Family Educators (CFE) supports privately homeschooling Christian families in and around Orange County, both those families who file their own R4 affidavit, and those who are members of private ISPs. Our CFE Newsletter is the main way we distribute information to that home schooling community. Mom's Nights Out, park days, field trips, and other helpful (we hope) activities and event information is brought together for you in our semi-monthly newsletter. Subscription info is below.

Mom's Nights Out and Mom's Brunches are for moms only... except for small babies.

Field trips are open to families who agree with our Statement of Faith, and have a current year's signed CFE Event Guidelines on file with our event secretary.

Event Guidelines are available by clicking on this link. Our desire in interacting with each other and with the community is to reflect positively our Lord, and to bless each other and the community. By having guidelines, we can all be on the "same page" and understand what is expected of parents and children.

CFE has park days scattered throughout the north county area. Fresh air is important to children and to their mommies. Both muscles and friendships get strengthened at the park. Days and times vary depending on the schedule of the hostess or group.

CFE Newsletter includes Classified advertisements. CFE newsletter subscribers may advertise home education related items or information for no charge. Business-type items like art or music lessons are "Classified" and require a $5 per issue payment. See below for additional advertiser information.

Advertisers' Submission Guidelines

Christian Family Educators of Orange County (CFE) Newsletter is published 6 times/ year, God willing. In the event of circumstances causing an edition to be missed, subscriptions may be extended one issue.
Classified Ads: CFE will run classified ads for home education related items or information by subscribers for no charge, subject to editing and appropriateness. Send your info to the address or e-mail below before the deadlines.
Advertiser Guidelines are available for persons wishing to submit advertisements. Prospective new advertisers should e-mail fitzs@sbcglobal.net with ad guidelines in the subject line.
CFE does not advertise or promote charter school or public school programs or services.
CFE reserves the right to refuse any advertising.
Deadlines for submissions are January 15, March 15, May 15, July 15, September 15, & November 8.
